Personal information you disclose to us
- To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.
- To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us at and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.
- Request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Website.
- To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with each user's consent.
- To manage user accounts. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.

RETURN POLICY
We are so confident with the quality of our products, as well as our care for our customers, that we are holding ourselves accountable. Rather, we want to allow you to hold us accountable. Effective immediately, we are implementing a 𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙀𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀 𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙐𝙍𝘼𝙇 𝙒𝘼𝙍𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙔 on all Kleva Built products. We also offer a full and transparent return policy. Please see the details stated below.
RETURNS: Our customers may return their purchased Kleva Built product and receive a full refund for reasons as simple as "I do not like it". We only ask for our customer to explain to us why they do not like the product they purchase in their email requesting the refund.
Additional return/refund details:
- Product must be returned, undamaged, in the original Kleva Built box (the box must also undamaged/opened properly in "suitcase style" and not from destroying/cutting/ripping open the sides of the box).
- Customer pays return shipping. *any carrier/delivery issues resulting in Kleva Built not receiving the return VOIDS THE REFUND*
- Customer will receive the full refund for the cost of the product once we receive and process your return.
- Returns accepted 10 days from "product delivered" date.
* If shipments are rejected/refused, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product to Kleva Built.
LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY:
- Warranty covers all Kleva Built products purchased January 1st, 2021 and onward.
- Warranty covers structural damage due to defective manufacturing. (This does not apply to consumable/wearable parts ie: J-hooks. Any questions regarding what qualifies as a "consumable part" can be sent to support@klevabuilt.com)
- Warranty does NOT cover abuse or improper use of products (once shipped/delivered to the customer).
- Warranty may be fulfilled via individual components or complete product on a case by case basis.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Kleva Built.
- Customer is to include a description of how damage took place or when the damage/defect was first noticed.
- Once received, Kleva Built will inspect and asses the damage and replacement coverage.
- Claims must be made by original purchaser of product.
